These mini workouts can be done at the beginning or end of your Club’s run or combined to create an entire workout when bad weather prevents you from going outside. Each blaster can be altered to suit differing fitness levels or available space. The key is to have the group decide as a team which blasters they’ll do and just have fun with it.
